Rosie

I found a pattern and was super excited to try it out! I got permission to sell the finished project; so I'll be able to make these for you all! These remind me of my Grandma who was an Australian War Bride in WWII. :) I miss her!

It's a WWII inspired headband!  Rosie the Riveter... "We can do it!"  :)

The Rosie comes in Baby, Toddler- Young Adult and Adult! Click here to purchase one of your own! A BIG thank you to Annalee and Victoria for modeling! (Toria modeled for pics too, but those are yet to come!)

Gifting

Pretty much everything I give for a gift now is handmade. As far as I know, my family and friends love receiving pieces they've been eyeing. My mom is awaiting this in lavender...
My niece is awaiting this in charcoal...
My sister is awaiting a tulip beanie in adult, AND my brother in law is awaiting... well, I've still not asked what he wants yet! I am going to be quite busy in the evenings, but I LOVE it! Crochet is how I relax. It's also super awesome to be able to see it come together. :) All these can be purchased in my shop Cuddlepie Crochet. You can also like me on facebook and contact me through there.

The Klepto Crochet

I have always been an avid reader. I LOVE reading! I used to read all the time. Ever since I picked up crochet more seriously tho; reading has taken a back seat. If I'm watching a movie with the hubby, I crochet. If I'm riding in the car, I crochet. If I'm bored, I crochet. I suppose it's because it's easier to pick up and get into than a book. My boys don't tear the hooks out of my hands, but they slam my books shut. I think tonight I will leave the hooks in their case, make some tea and pumpkin muffins, get comfy on the couch with a favorite book and READ!!
